As we do the work, we may experience the counter-intuitive phenomenon of feeling grateful for our past hurts because they led us to become the beings of light we are today. Without these wounds, we may never have had the opportunity to dig more deeply within and discover who we truly are.

Yuma's Best

Yuma Counseling Services
was voted Yuma's Best Specialty Medical Practice for 2021, 2022, and 2023!

Our Approach

Yuma Counseling Services is Yuma County's premier provider for emotional and mental well-being.  Life can knock even the most successful person off their feet.  Many of our clients come seeking help because things have happened that have altered their sense of peace or joy.  Some are struggling with relationship difficulties.  Others need help adjusting to life changes and unforeseen stressors.  Many are facing some kind of trauma resulting in symptoms of anxiety and depression.

We see the resiliency so many people have. At the same time, there are often hidden barriers that many are blind to  that keep them from fully healing and changing. Having the supportive assistance of a compassionate counselor can make all the difference. Why waste another moment of your life trying to "do it on your own", especially if that strategy isn't getting you the long-term results you have been seeking.

Let us help you find greater peace and joy by calling us at 928-276-9535.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.  Under the law, healthcare providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill of at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
